– Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
– Certain items (like discounted or clearance sale products) may not be eligible for return.

– Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
– Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

– Exchanges are allowed for size or defective product issues, subject to stock availability.
– If the requested size is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.

4. Non-Returnable Items

– Products purchased during clearance sales.
– Customized or personalized items.
– Items without original tags/packaging.
